SHIPPING, RETURNS & WARRANTY

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship within 7 days. We make every effort to carry inventory of our products, but some products are built to order. In the event that we do not have something you ordered available, you will be contacted by email.

New England Saws uses commercial shipping carriers like USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship our products. We declare insurance values to cover the cost of goods shipped. If your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact us and we will process the claim for you.

RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

If you would like to return a product, please contact us prior to shipping. You will be responsible for all shipping return costs, but we do not charge a restocking fee. Any unused item is able to be returned. If you have used an item, please contact us to determine whether we can accept it as a return.

At New England Saws we stand behind our products. Each saw comes with a 3 month warranty which covers defective parts and workmanship oversights. If you are having trouble with a product, please contact us and we can help! There are many times when a simple conversation will resolve your issue, however if a part has failed, we will need the item back for repair. If you need to send your product in for repair, you are responsible for the shipping return costs (one way) and we will ship your repaired product back to you at our cost.
